A single estate 2005 vintage Cognac from Hine, made using Ugni Blanc grapes taken exclusively from their own vineyards in the Grande Champagne region. Just 18 casks were selected for the Bonneuil 2005 - a small but impressive release.
Bonneuil 2005 offers a remarkable nose, developing elegant and subtle fragrances of ripe grapes with hints of gingerbread, liquorice and peppery spice. On the palate; a generous texture delightfully fruity and jammy.
