With yields even lower, down to 21 hl/ha, but a more traditional growing period, the wine already has more shape and definition, its 65% Grenache providing a firm foundation of rich fruit, built upon by 20% of savoury Mourvedre, 10% Syrah and a 5% mixed bag.
