Descend beneath St James’s Street, joining us in our Pickering Cellar for an extended lunch break exploring the world of wine. From fine Bordeaux to exciting emerging regions, our expert tutors will guide you through the chosen topic as you tuck in to a delicious buffet-style lunch, created in-house by our Head Chef Stewart Turner and his team.

Our ‘Lunch & Learn’ series is designed to allow you to learn during a long lunch break and leave with exciting newfound knowledge about the world of wine. We will supply a delicious buffet luncheon for you to enjoy as you taste and listen to your tutor. Champagne is one of the most food-friendly wines in the world so it’s the perfect theme for a lunchtime tutorial. Barbara will explore the main styles of Champagne with you today, explaining how this special wine is made and what makes it unique.
