Description

Our Tasting Menu lunches will be held in our newest addition to No. 3, the Sussex Cellar. Two floors below the streets of London, enjoy a six-course lunch inspired by the food of Burgundy. Our Head Chef Stewart Turner delights in making creative and innovative dishes that pair beautifully with wine, and this lunchtime we have done the hard work for you, by picking just one wine for each of the six courses. We’ll tell you all about the wines, so you’ll learn about Burgundy along the way, and you’ll leave knowing exactly which style of Pinot Noir or Chardonnay to choose for your next meal.

N.B. Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd stocks at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards

Sussex Cellar Luncheons

Escaping the hustle and bustle of St James’s Street, step into the quiet of Pickering Place and through a secret door in one of our historic townhouses, and down into our Sussex Cellar. Spread over two levels the Sussex Cellar combines modern architectural innovation with the feel of our historic cellars.

Enjoy a palate-sharpening apéritif in the gallery at 12.45, before sitting down to a leisurely six-course luncheon, prepared in-house by our Head Chef Stewart Turner and his team. Each course will be served alongside a wine from our collection, with the menu specifically designed to make the wines sing. Over the course of the meal your host will inform and entertain, imparting their vinous expertise and answering any questions you might have.
