Dynamic Lance Jefferson and sharp-witted Jeremy Bowen will tonight make a highly engaging double act as they equip you with their specialist knowledge over this wine and cheese pairing evening. Lance, Director to the Chairman’s Office at Berry Bros. & Rudd and who set up the Cellars for events as we know them today, has a wealth of experience of all the wines on our list and how well they work with food. Jeremy will inspire you with a rich historical overview of the cheese trade in St James and the myriad Cheeses on the Paxton & Whitfield list. In addition, both companies represented are Royal Warrant Holders; together Lance and Jeremy will bring you an evening of taste, discovery, entertainment and knowledge.
N.B. Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd stocks at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards
