Description

You can taste well. If you need convincing then come and be convinced. Barbara will serve you 10 wines in pairs that help you contrast important elements found in each glass of wine. We will cover acidity, ripeness, alcohol, tannin, oak, age and complexity. We will then add on a snapshot of Bordeaux. Tonight will equip you to carry on your wine adventures in the future, using the same template applied to other wines from around the world.
