Description

Edwin will tonight introduce you to 12 Champagnes representing 12 different styles, and will keep proceedings sparkling in the name of education. You will learn about the grape varieties and how they manifest themselves in Champagne as well as come to understand the differences between the small family growers and the famous negociant firms. You will also discuss how Champagne is made and the difference in taste between non-vintage and vintage styles.
