Spain's white wines have been gaining more and more in popularity in recent years. Tonight, Javier will teach you about the different white grape varieties which grow in the country's wine regions, and the names, styles and labels associated with them. Our Chef will design a special accompanying mini-dish that will show off how versatile these whites are and the terrific value they represent.
