Description
Engaging tutor Richard Veal is a specialist in both cheese and wine. Tonight you will learn how various styles of cheese are made, how they are aged, and the potential for different tastes from different milk types. Richard will also discuss wine and how various characteristics lend themselves extremely well to being paired with cheese.
N.B. Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd stocks at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards
