Barbecue Classics Mixed Case, Summer 2015

Smoky, creamy, tangy and spicy, it can be tricky to find the perfect bottle for partnering barbecue fare, so we’ve put together a selection to help, including a Sauvignon Blanc to match salads and charred vegetables, a Gamay to enjoy alongside lighter meats, such as pork skewers, and a smooth, moreish Carménère for burgers and steaks.
