Description

Following a welcoming glass of Billecart-Salmon Rosé, we will take our seats for four Champagne tasting games. The first is designed to show you how to taste and recognise the difference between the different levels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Champagnes from the 2004 vintage. The second game will give us a chance to taste the difference between blends that have been fermented in wood versus stainless steel. The third game will challenge us to taste different dosage levels in Pol Roger Champagne and finally we will try to pinpoint the differences between younger and older vintage Champagnes made from the Chardonnay grape in the famous village of Le Mesnil.
