Description
With more First Growths than any other commune, Pauillac has a reputation for quality that can’t be matched. This evening, we will explore this area in more depth to better understand its wines. We will consider a range of different vintages and châteaux, looking at second wines, Grands Vins, classifications and we will even take in a famous First Growth along the way. These will be served up alongside cheeses and our Head Chef’s specially designed accompaniment to bring out the very best in these classic wines.
