As sake’s popularity surges in the UK, now is the time to get your knowledge up to scratch: our Introduction to sake is the ideal place to start. Hosted by Wine Education Specialist Anne McHale MW alongside the expert tuition and experience of Asami Tasaka from World Sake Imports, the evening will introduce you to the different styles of sake and how they are made. You will also have the chance to try the sake with a selection of cheeses as well as an eclectic range of Japanese-inspired canapés prepared by our Head Chef Stewart Turner and his team.
