We are delighted to welcome Nicolas Billecart, son of owner Franois-Roland, and the face of the new generation of this impeccable Champagne House. Six years ago, the tasting conducted by his father in the same cellar ranked as one of our very best and we are confident that this family tradition will be maintained. The Billecart-Salmon range is impeccable, from the benchmark rosé via the creamy blanc de blancs all the way to the deluxe and highly sought-after cuvées Elisabeth Salmon Rosé and the single-vineyard Clos St Hilaire. All will get an airing during this tasting.
