Benefit from your tutor Catherine’s passion for the wines of central Italy as you learn about its fine reds and lesser-known whites. You will explore white wines from Emilia-Romagna, Abruzzo and the Marche, as well as a red from Umbria and of course a top line-up of celebrated reds from Tuscany, to include Chianti, Vino Nobile de Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and an iconic Super Tuscan. The evening will end on a sweet note with a fine Tuscan Vin Santo.
