Barbara will guide you through the world of sparkling wine, looking at why different countries produce such different styles and tasting the best of what they have to offer. From top-level Prosecco to England’s first single-vineyard sparkling wine, not to mention a range of Champagnes, you’ll come away with a full appreciation of the wide variety of fizz available.
