Description

This evening is a chance to get to grips with one of the most inspiring and innovative of wine-producing countries. South Africa has experienced something of a renaissance in winemaking in recent years, and this evening Barbara will give you the low-down. You will explore classic regions such as Stellenbosch and Swartland, as well as more out-of-the way places, via a range of well-known grape varieties and a few unusual blends. The wines will be accompanied by cheeses and our Head Chef’s specially designed morsels to round out the evening.
