FEW is a playful nod to Frances Elizabeth Williard who was the co-founder of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union founded in 1873 a key group in lobbying for prohibition. FEW was founded by Paul Hletko in Evanston, Illinois in 2011, the first distillery to open after the ending of prohibition in the town in the late 1990s!
Handcrafted in small batches and aged in charred oak barrels, this Bourbon has an abundance of clove, toffee and vanilla with cinnamon and pepper to reveal a unique drink.
