We have yet to find a better match for wine than cheese. This evening is a chance to learn why classic pairings work so well and discover some new combinations too. Your host, Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew, is both a cheese and wine specialist, so who better to guide you through this fun and informative evening? You will try a broad range of wines, including classic French wines such as Burgundy and Bordeaux, as well as some New World bottles, matched with a range of different styles of cheese.
