Description

Tonight’s Thai-inspired feast will consist of four courses, designed and created by our Head Chef Stewart Turner alongside Junior Sous Chef Jimmy Ouzman who spent many years living in Thailand. While authentic and local cuisine has provided the inspiration, there will be a modern twist on many of the dishes. Your host for the evening, Isabella Cameron, will choose a wide range of wines to taste throughout the meal, looking at classic pairings for spicy food (such as the wines of Alsace) alongside more unusual matches, giving you the opportunity to work out which goes best with the food. This food and wine pairing evening with be sure to prove that Thai food is worthy of much more than ice-cold beer. Hosted by Isabella Cameron, Fine Wine Specialist
