Description

Explore a range of food-friendly wines over a fun three-course meal of larger plates and sides, all fresh off the grill. After a sparkling apéritif, your host – and amateur asador – Felipe Carvallo will share his love for the food and wines of South America, having first fallen for the charms of asados (grills) when working in a winery in Argentina. While Felipe guides you through the wines, you will be able to mix and match your various glasses with the different components on the table. Hosted by Felipe Carvallo, Fine Wine Specialist

Wines to be tasted:

2012 De Martino Parcela 5 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley, Chile
