Description
Fine Bordeaux is one of the world’s great vinous experiences. Indulge in a wide selection of these magnificent wines this evening, specially chosen for you by your host Sophie Thorpe. Sophie has chosen both white and red wines, with both Left and Right banks getting a look in. The evening will build to a magnificent brace of mature wines: 1988 Ch. Léoville-Las Cases and 1989 Ch. Latour. We’ll end with a spectacular 1975 Sauternes. All these delights will be matched to a delicious four-course menu, carefully prepared by our Head Chef Stewart Turner.
