A delicious white Minervois made from 90% Marsanne and 10% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, this is late-harvested rich and voluptuous wine with aromas of peaches and pear-skin and a creamy indulgent mouth-feel. M Escande suggests that it has sufficient weight to match not only scallops and fish in mustard and thyme sauce, but also duck’s breast with honey sauce and lime!
