L'Intemporelle, Rose, Champagne Mailly
The 2006 Intemporelle Rosé is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, with 5% red wine added by assemblage. The dosage is 8 g/l and the wine has been aged for 36 months. Boasting a fine salmon-pink colour and almost amber rim, this is a refined and wonderfully expressive wine, its red fruit imprimatur supported by notes of almond and nectarine. Crisp yet silky, rich yet subtle, this is a memorable rosé Champagne.
