From a vineyard adjacent to the Grands Crus, Aux Etelois is a richer and riper wine than the Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes. It has intense black fruit with some brambly qualities from the inclusion of stems, and is still admirably fresh at the finish.Domaine Rossignol-Trapet
