Cuvee Tradition Rose AOC Minervois, Massammier Le Mignarde
The conditions in 2010 were perfect for Cinsault, which makes up 50% of this blend, the balance being shared between Grenache and Syrah. Made by the saignée method of skin contact the wine has a generous strawberry colour and aromas of fruit of the forest. A lick of spice at the finish and pleasing balanced acidity complete this well-etched tableau. Sufficient weight to be very food friendly.
