This has everything you'd expect from a well made Alsatian Gewurtztraminer. Very expressive, the nose is ripe, and packed with floral, rose petal and spice characters. The spice continues on the palate, very evident indeed as is often the case in hotter vintages. Beautifully textured with well maintained acidity. Drinking well now, the spiciness makes this a must for Asian cuisine and it's a great cheese match too.
