There is a beautiful, fresh mineral intensity to the bouquet of this youthful but promising Chablis wine. Underneath there is an exceptional density of fruit but it is far from heavy. Lime fruit notes cut through the middle and the finish is very persistent – but wait a while longer for all the detail to emerge.
