Auchroisk whisky distillery (pronounced Othrusk) started producing in 1974. Amajor contributor to some of the most famous blends, it seldom seen as an independently bottled whisky.

This single cask of the 1991 Auchroisk malt is a classic Speyside whisky expression, with a nose full of fresh soft yellow fruit, well woven sweet barley and oak. The palate is silky and mouth-watering, balanced with pear juice and apple acidity. The finish is clean, refreshing, uplifting and perilously moreish.Auchroisk Distillery, Speyside
