Chosen specifically because it is an unoaked Chardonnay from the new World and as such is a much crisper wine than many new World examples made from this grape. The bouquet shows a citrus, lime-blossom character, while on the palate this crispness continues but with an added edge of tropical fruit which adds a dash of complexity. Medium-bodied and a delightful, fresh wine which is excellent as an aperitif or with light fish dishes.
