John Milroy Bowmore 21 Years

Bowmore is the capital of Islay and its namesake distillery nestles at the bottom of the high street on the shores of Loch Indaal. The distillery is one of the few to retain its own malting house which provides a good proportion of the peated barley used to make the whisky. This single cask edition offers delicate aromas of damp ferns, tropical fruit and hints of peat-smoke. The palate is silky smooth and fruity with trademark smokiness evolving towards the lingering finish.
