One of our Pouilly-Fuissé suppliers also has a small parcel of vines in Juliénas including a patch planted around about 1900. This is vinified with some of the stems, then matured in barrel. It is rich, with deep dark fruit, unusual power for a Beaujolais, and a silky touch from the oak.
