Named after the eponymous hill that lies at the heart of the Kamptal region, how neat that the Hiedler’s 1 hectare plot is to be found at the centre of the said vineyard! Drawing on 35-40 year old vines, vinified only in stainless-steel, with 4 grams of residual sugar (dry), Maria Angeles likens the spiritual effect of drinking this wine to that of flying! It’s certainly angelic, blessed with sweet fruit & finesse. Drinking now till 2019.
