Located at the Eastern extremity of the Languedoc, Costières De Nimes, although technically part of the Languedoc, has more in common with the vineyards of the Southern Rhône, which lie immediately to the north and the East. From the pudding stone galets to the prevalance of the Grenache grape, there is a distinct flavour of the Rhône here, and a very agreable and well-priced flavour it is too!
