Event Terms & Conditions

Tastings, Dinners & Wine School Terms & Conditions

Payment is by cheque or credit card only. Tickets cannot be paid for on account. On acceptance of your application we will dispatch tickets (one per place) which you are requested to bring with you to the event. Customers are requested not to bring children or pets. Please note that, depending on stock levels, wines mentioned in this brochure may have to be substituted with wines of a similar quality level.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, exchanges or full refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 28 days before the date of the event. Exchanges and refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event automatically. Smoking Policy

Please note there is no smoking in The Cellars or in Pickering Place.

Nut Allergy Information & Special Dietary Requirements

All food served at Berry Bros. & Rudd is prepared in our kitchens where nuts are used and traces of nuts can be found. We cannot provide a nut-free environment for the preparation of dishes. If you or any of your guests have an allergy/food intolerance or require a vegetarian/veganmeal, please advise us of this at the time of booking.

Tasting and Dinner Ticket Availability

Due to the high demand for all our events, we have to restrict the number of tickets that we can sell to any individual.

Two tickets maximum per customer for:

  • Tutored Tastings 
  • Long Room Events

Four tickets maximum per customer for:

  • Walkaround Tastings
  • Wine School
  • Luncheons
  • Dinners
  • Food & Wine Matching Events

Responsible Drinking

As a business it is our policy to encourage responsible drinking. We would refer you to Drink Aware's website for further information. Furthermore, it is a stipulation of the Licensing Act 2003 that we do not serve alcohol at our in-house events to people who appear to be intoxicated. Our staff are happy to arrange taxis for those who require them at the conclusion of our Tastings, Dinners and Wine Schools.

All purchases of wines and spirits and other goods and services from Berry Bros. & Rudd are subject to Berry Bros. & Rudd's standard terms of sale. You may have a right to cancel any order.
