How do I set up a wedding list?
A wedding list can be set up very easily by entering your name and wedding
details on a simple form. Set up a
Wedding List.
How do I change my wedding
details?
You can change your address and other details on the Wedding Details form. You will need to
be logged in.
How do I notify guests about my
wedding list?
Either use our
template which will e-mail them with your wedding list details and a
message. Or you can contact your guests yourself.
If you have specified an Access Code for
your wedding list (not recommended), you will need to send this to your
guests.
How do I add wines to my wedding
list?
You can add wines to your wedding lists by choosing from the
following;
- Special Wedding Recommendations - our carefully chosen suggestions
- Previous Orders - select from previously ordered wines
- Select by Grapes, Regions or Vintages
- Detailed Wine Search - tailor your own search
Can I include En Primeur
wines?
You can include En Primeur
Wines. See En Primeur
Terms and Conditions. UK Vat and Duty will be payable at a later date by
yourself and not your guest however.
Can I choose wines to be stored
in BBR's Cellars?
You can only store full, unmixed cases in our cellars.
Yes. Current storage charges are £10.80 (inc VAT) per year. When your
wedding list closes you will be contacted with regard to delivery/storage
instructions. Please note that rent will be chargeable 3 months after the date
of the weding. See Wine Storage Details
What happens if a wine on my
wedding list goes out of stock?
If an item on your wedding list becomes unavailable, you will be sent an
e-mail notifying you and suggesting three suitable alternatives.
How do I close my wedding
list?
You can change the status of your wedding list through the Wedding List
Status box on the Wedding Details
form.
When are the wedding list
wines delivered?
When you complete the Wedding
Details form you will be asked to enter a date after which your wines will
be delivered. You will then be contacted after this date to arrange a specific
delivery day. Please note that we require 3 working days notice to arrange
delivery. Wedding wines that have not been delivered 3 months after the wedding
date will become liable to storage charges at £10.80 per annum or part
thereof.
How much will it cost to have
my wine delivered?
As the couple, if you require delivery of your wines, our normal delivery
terms apply. Most wedding lists for delivery within the UK will qualify for
free delivery. Our normal overseas delivery

How do I find a Wedding
List?
Wedding Lists can be located via the Wedding List page
If the couple have specified
an Access Code for their wedding list, you will need it to access their list.
If you do not know it, you must contact them.
How do I buy wine from a Wedding
List?
The wines on the wedding list can be found on the Wedding List page Each product will
have a desired quantity adjacent to its price. Enter the quantity you wish to
purchase for the couple and then press the Buy button. A full case, where
available, is an outstanding gift!

them.
Do I have to pay delivery
charges?
There are no delivery charges for guests when items are chosen directly
from a wedding list. However items ordered outside of a wedding list will be
liable for our standard delivery charges
Who is liable for the Duty and
Vat on En Primeur wines?
It is the responsibility of the wedding couple to pay duty and VAT on En
Primeur wines when they are shipped to the UK.
Can I write a gift
message?
You can write a gift message on the complete order page. The couple will
be notified of your purchase along with your gift message via e-mail.
Can I choose products not included
on the wedding list?
You can choose items not on the wedding list but they will be treated as
items outside of the wedding list: you will be responsible for delivery charges and the items will be delivered
immediately unless you specify otherwise during the ordering process.
When are the wedding wines
delivered?
The wine are delivered at a date of the couple's choosing which will
normally be after the wedding.
