Berrys' Everyday Wines

Jean Luc Terrier is one of the most gifted winemakers in France. He has made his name at the acclaimed Domaine des Deux Roches in Burgundy and is now forging a similar reputation for his range of Languedoc wines, farmed high in the foothills of Limoux around the scenic village of Antugnac.

One of my annual buying highlights is the morning spent blending the three wines that make up our everyday range.

This is an exercise which requires not only tasting acumen, but no little mathematical aptitude as with each wine we narrow down the large selection of samples into an assemblage which will accurately reflect our mutual stylistic aspirations for the vintage in question.
The result is a family of wines of which we are very proud.
