Do I have to buy a full case?
You can order any amount from a single half bottle of wine upwards.


Do I need to have an account with you to place an order?
You do NOT need an account number or a password to order from us. These details will be e-mailed to you once you have placed your first order with us and can then be used to view previous orders or wines stored in our cellars.


My order is a gift. Can I send a message with it?
Yes, use the gift message box on the final order page.


I have the BBR printed list; is there a way to enter codes quickly?
Go to our quick entry page and enter the codes into the boxes.


Do I have to enter my credit card details online?
No, you can ask us to e-mail or phone you. When you are finalising your order, select "Contact me by phone/e-mail" as the payment option. Alternatively, during business hours, phone your payment details through to our Orders Office on +44 (0)800 280 2440. If you do choose to pay by credit card, the site is fully secure.


I cannot find a wine that is in the printed price list.
The website shows the wines available for delivery in our warehouse now. We have sold out of the wine.


I want to re-order a wine I purchased previously, but have forgotten which one it was.
The Your Account section of the website shows the wines you have previously ordered from us. If the wine is still available, you can re-order it from here.


How do I start shopping and/or see the wine list?
Try any of the following: use our Wine Advisor, browse the list by region, by producer, or by grape variety. Alternatively, use the detailed search to find specific wines, or roll through the entire list.


Can I store wines with you? If so, how much does it cost?
Current wine storage charges are 9 UK pounds for 12 x 75cl bottles or part thereof per annum. Wines are insured at their market value and stored in our temperature-controlled cellars. Change the "Deliver To:" option on the "Your Order" page to "Cellared by BBR".


Can I print out a list of wines from the site?
Using the detailed search, select the criteria for your list. Once the list has displayed, click the 'Printable version' link to the right of the Re-display button button. You will need Adobe Reader to use this function. A link to this free software is provided if you do not have it.
