How to order Wine

Choose your wines.

Selecting your wine has never been so easy. From wherever you are on the site, simply click our Buy Wine Tab at the top of your screen and choose from the list of options on the Left-hand Buy Wine Panel (also available on the left of this page). Here you can Browse through our list, be inspired by our Latest Offers or choose wine based on our Popular Searches and Bestsellers.

Looking for a specific type of wine? You can simply jot down the wine you want in our Search Box or use our Advanced Wine Search to unearth some gems.When you see a wine you want, you will have the option to either save it to your Wish List or add the quantity you would like to Your Basket.

Either click the button,  button or type the quantity yourself, and it will automatically be added to your Basket, located at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Please note that if you are on a search results page you need to click on the name of the wine to add your own quantity or simply change the quantity in your Basket at the top of the page.

You can see what's in your basket by clicking the  button and simply click  to proceed to a Secure Checkout.

 Secure Checkout Process

Once you've added all the wines you want to your basket, simply follow our simple 4-step checkout process.

Step 1 - Your Basket

Here you can check your selection, adjust the quantities of your chosen wines and add a voucher code if you have one. At this stage you can still add more wines to your basket or continue shopping should you choose to. Once you are happy with your order, simply click  button.

Step 2 - Your Details

If you are a returning customer and hold an account with us, simply type in your email (or account reference) and password and click .

If you are new to Berrys online, simply fill in the short form and click .

Check your details and then click .

Step 3 - Delivery

Fill in the delivery details of your billing address. Please make sure all mandatory fields (marked *) are completed. Here you can decide to send your wine to an alternative address. You can still view your basket and return to Step 1 should you need to amend or confirm anything. We never pass on your details and you can view our privacy policy here.

The next step is to confirm whether you want to collect your wine from one of our shops, have it delivered or have it stored. Should you wish to have your wine delivered you can decide when and where and can add multiple delivery addresses if they are required.

If you would like to have a gift card message sent to your recipient or send an e-card, you can also do this here. Once you have completed this section, click  to proceed to the final step.

Step 4 - Payment

Here you can view your final order before filling in your payment details using our secure facilities, ensuring all mandatory fields (marked *) are completed.
