LOGGING IN / YOUR ACCOUNT
Do I need to have an
account with you to place an order?
You do NOT need an account number or a password to order from us. These details
will be e-mailed to you once you have placed your first order with us and can
then be used to view previous orders or wines stored in our cellars.
Do I need to log in to order from
the site?
You do NOT require an account or a password to order from the site. You will be
e-mailed these when you place your first order via the website.
I cannot log in even
though I have a password.
If you are using your e-mail address to log in, are you sure that we have this
particular address registered against your account? If not, try using your
account code. If you are having a problem logging in using your account code,
be sure that you have the correct format, which is one letter followed by five
numbers.
I've forgotten my password
and/or my account number.
You can request a new password by clicking here.
This works if your e-mail address is the same as the one against your
account.
I do not have a
password.
A password will be e-mailed automatically to you when you order via the
website. If you require a password but do not wish to place an order at this
time, please request one by e-mail
giving your postcode and an item from your last order.
