Do I need to have an account with you to place an order?
When you place your first order you will be asked to create a password and provide an email address. You can access the site using your email address or account number and password  to review your order.
Do I need to log in to order from the site?
You will be asked to login to complete an order. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to register your information with us and an account will be created for you.
I cannot log in even though I have a password.
If you are using your e-mail address to log in, are you sure that we have this particular address registered against your account? If not, try using your account code. If you are having a problem logging in using your account code, be sure that you have the correct format, which is one letter followed by five numbers.
I've forgotten my password and/or my account number.
You can request a new password by clicking here. This works if your e-mail address is the same as the one against your account.
It's just not working. Grrr.
