I love this piece of music, first made famous in the film ‘The Piano’, for its light, skipping simplicity. The racy elegance of this wine prances in a similar way across the palate, reflecting the music perfectly.

 Zesty and bright with a weightier, more creamy edge, this wine suggests pop with a serious side to me, so I have chosen my favourite Coldplay song, which has an equally sober theme.
