Dedicated Jade Adviser
A dedicated Jade Adviser providing expert advice and assistance to clients globally. Available during office hours in key territories. Out of hours messaging service available, in addition to support from HSBC Jade concierge delivered by Ten, BB&R will use reasonable commercial endeavours to reply to customer requests within 24-48 working hours (excluding public and company holidays.)


Producer Experiences
Tickets for selected virtual and physical events with producers will be offered to Jade clients first before being offered to the wider customer base.


General

  • Jade Benefits can only be redeemed via the nominated Berry Bros. & Rudd Wine and Spirit Advisers (i.e via telephone or email).
  • Purchasers, Delivery recipients & Event attendees must exceed legal drinking age in local territory.
  • Jade Offers & Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer, marketing agreement, promotion or package.
  • All products & Services are subject to availability.
  • Benefits apply to future customer interactions and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing/historic transactions.
  • Unredeemed benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or otherwise.
  • For proof of identity, Jade clients will be required to register with Berry Bros & Rudd Wine and Spirit Advisers on first contact.
  • By registering with Berry Bros & Rudd, Jade customers agree to the secure storage of their data and, subject to their approval, occasional marketing contact.
  • All interactions and transactions are as applicable additionally subject to Berry Bros & Rudd’s standard Ts & Cs which can be found by clicking HERE ("Standard Terms") .
  • Berry Bros & Rudd reserves the right to amend these terms and the Standard Terms without notice by posting the revised terms on its web site from time to time. The Standard Terms as so revised will take effect from the time at which they are posted. In the event of there being any conflict between these terms and Berry Bros & Rudd Standard Terms, the Standard Terms shall apply.
