You can cancel your Wine Club membership at any time. All purchases of wines and spirits and other goods and services from Berry Bros. & Rudd are subject to Berry Bros. & Rudd’s standard terms of sale in addition to any terms stated on our website. You may have a right to cancel any order. Please refer to the standard Terms and Conditions for further details.
Wine Club members receive a 10 percent discount on online purchases, including tickets to events. To redeem, members must log into their Wine Club account account online and the discount to be automatically applied to all eligible products. We regret this offer is not valid for orders placed in our shops or over the telephone.
The transaction limit is £2,000 and excludes sales, selected promotions, Wine Club events, gift vouchers, en primeur, pre-packed cases, Wine Club cases, wines to be stored in bond and BBX wines.
All previous offers are hereby cancelled. Berry Bros. & Rudd reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
You can cancel your membership at any time; however, if you accept the introductory offer of (a) discounted case(s), we ask that you take at least five further Wine Club deliveries for each discounted case.
If you cancel your membership before you have purchased five further cases, Berry Bros. & Rudd reserves the right to recoup the full cost of your introductory case(s).
Altering or cancelling your Wine Club membership
As long as you give us two weeks' notice before a delivery is due to be made you can make a variety of one-off changes to your membership. For example, you can switch to an alternative case, add another case or skip a delivery altogether. All we ask is that you settle any outstanding balances before your wines are delivered.
Please allow 30 days' notice if you want to cancel your membership or make any permanent changes membership.
