Berry Bros. & Rudd gift vouchers can be used to buy wines, spirits, event tickets and wine accessories. They can be used on our website, in our shops and over the phone. Our gift vouchers have no expiry date so can be used at any time.

Berry Bros. & Rudd gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods listed by Berry Bros. & Rudd. When the price of the goods is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will be credited to the customer's account.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to discharge indebtedness on previous orders or in respect of accounts held at Berry Bros. & Rudd, nor any of its associated companies.

Promotional vouchers cannot be used for payment for gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers and promotional vouchers cannot be used as payment for Duty & VAT on wines for delivery from customers' private reserves

Gift vouchers have no expiry date.

Throughout the year, we offer a reward scheme for existing customers who refer new customers to us. The rewards change throughout the year and are usually awarded when the new customer places their first order.

You can refer multiple friends and collect rewards for each one, but you can only use one at a time.
