Our warehouse has received approval from HM Customs & Excise for In Bond storage, allowing you to securely store your items with us without the immediate obligation to pay duty or VAT.

We no longer offer a service for customers to gift wine In Bond or to build a collection stored with Berry Bros. & Rudd with the intention for it to be wholly owned and managed by the recipient (also referred to as “beneficial owner service”). Customers are still able to gift wine In Bond by adding wine to their own cellar and Berry Bros. & Rudd can provide a gift letter for the intended beneficiary. However, the legal owner is the gifter (the customer who is the Account Payer) and they are liable for storage charges and the management of that item on behalf of the recipient.
