Once again we have worked with our trusted friends Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray to create this delicious expression of mineral Burgundian Chardonnay. With delicate floral aromas, the palate abounds with vibrant citrus and peach fruit, finishing on a subtle, smoky note thanks to well-judged oak. An excellent aperitif, a fresh, crisp profile makes this an ideal match for salads, seafood and lighter meat dishes.

“EOC”, as it is known, comes from a single estate in the Graves owned by the Famille JM Cazes, one of the great names of Bordeaux. A classic Bordeaux blend, it has a rich, Merlot-dominated nose, with ripe cherry aromas bolstered by notes of cocoa, vanilla and wood smoke. The palate combines warm brambly fruit with the more savoury elements of traditional Claret, while the finish is rounded and deliciously moreish. It is just as good with a mid-week bowl of pasta as with a roast leg of lamb for Sunday lunch.

Our 2017 Chablis comes from two separate vineyards in the village of Chichée, renowned for its classically steely character. The small but excellent 2017 vintage has given a wine with a harmonious balance between ripe orchard fruits and crisp, refreshing mineral notes. Fermented and raised completely in tank, this is a benchmark expression of Chablis, one which is equally at home as an aperitif or with seafood or a goats cheese salad.

This wine is made for us by Paolo Trevisiol and his two sons in the heart of the Valdobbiadene cru. Paolo uses only his 40-year-old vines for our wine; grown at altitudes of up to 400 metres, they yield arguably the most flavoursome Prosecco in the region. Inviting and fresh on the nose, it is brimming with yellow plums, orange blossom and green apples. The palate is foaming, full and fruity, with a fresh alpine acidity typical of the best examples of Prosecco. Enjoy well-chilled.
