Eight Lands Organic Speyside Gin (46%)

This organic London dry gin is made with 11 botanicals; juniper berries, cowberry and sorrel are the most prominent. On the nose, juniper flavours dominate, with hints of fresh pine and citrus behind. In the mouth, sweet juniper comes together with tart red berries and citrus, finishing with hints of black tea and warm spices. The gin is brought down to bottling strength with Glenrinnes spring water; it’s drawn from the Clashmarloch spring, located at the foot of Ben Rinnes.
