Description
One of the less well-known products from the agave family, this Raicilla has a delicious salinity with notes of banana and a subtle smokiness. The texture is rich and smooth and the palate shows an unmistakeable funky note that helps this spirit pair very well, (unusually) with many different types of both cheese and chocolate.
