Procera Blue Dot Gin (44%)

As with grapes, barley or hops, there are various species of juniper in the world, with only a tiny number finding modern commercial favour. One such species that had remained essentially unknown to gin producers, until now, is Juniperus Procera, the only species to grow south of the equator. The remarkably moreish pine-needly intensity of this richly-flavoured gin can be attributed to using this unique juniper, growing at over 2000m altitude, alongside a range of botanicals sourced entirely from around Africa and distilled in Nairobi, Kenya. This is a complex and characterful gin.
