Description
This outstanding whiskey is the outcome of 12 years maturation in exclusively first fill, flame-charred Bourbon casks. It’s sweet and spicy, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, a touch of clove and charred wood, balanced with apples, pears and freshly cut hay. Notes of black peppercorns give way to a succulent, fruity mid-section, with a lingering flavour of barley, oak, creamy fudge and dark chocolate.
